- Defined Contribution Funds: We are ready and able to implement all of the many available options and the accompanying regulations which have recently been promulgated, and will continue to proliferate, based upon the DOL and SEC examinations of the investment environment.
Our collection department relentlessly and successfully pursues unpaid contributions, with interest, and recovers legal fees expended by our clients in pursuing delinquencies. We have collected millions of dollars for our clients.
