Sullivan Ward represents clients throughout the Midwest and across the country in environmental law matters. Our extensive background in construction and real estate law is augmented by the real-world experience of team members who are also professional engineers. Our track record of success in environmental cases reflects our solid, technical knowledge of the industry, the system, and the challenges you face.

Our attorneys represent clients in numerous types of environmental claims including groundwater contamination from underground tanks and manufacturing processes and the related environmental remediation, gas migration and underground gas emissions, brownfield issues, sick buildings (mold), hazardous waste, Superfund projects and related CERCLA matters.  We defend against private and governmental lawsuits in matters involving federal and state fines and cleanup expenses.

In litigation matters, we prepare every case for trial in order to best position you for resolution of the issues at trial or in arbitration. Our attorneys are trained and certified arbitrators and mediators who frequently achieve settlements outside of the courtroom. However, should disputes not conclude satisfactorily by alternative methods, we are prepared to aggressively pursue your interests in court.
