As our services pertain to particular funds:
- Health and Welfare Funds: We have great experience in pursuit of health care fraud, attacking improper provider billing and recordkeeping practices, and we have successfully pursued some of the largest players in the health care industry who have been found derelict in their obligations to the trust funds.
- Defined Benefit Pension Funds: Our Firm has been at the forefront in holding service providers (including investment consultants and actuaries) accountable for the advice they provide Trustees.
- Defined Contribution Funds: We are ready and able to implement all of the many available options and the accompanying regulations which have recently been promulgated, and will continue to proliferate, based upon the DOL and SEC examinations of the investment environment.
Further, our collection department relentlessly and successfully pursues unpaid contributions, with interest, and recovers legal fees expended by our clients in pursuing delinquencies. We have collected millions of dollars for our clients.
