Thomas L. Auth, Jr., represents individuals and business clients at trial in general negligence claims, premises liability defense actions, Michigan no-fault claims, trucking litigation, product liability suits, insurance coverage disputes, employment litigation and medical professional and health care facility malpractice liability cases. He also represents liquor licensees before the Liquor Control Commission and has more than thirty years of trial and mediation experience in the resolution of personal injury and malpractice lawsuits.

Mr. Auth joined Sullivan, Ward, Asher & Patton, P.C. in 1978 and became a shareholder in 1986.

He is a member of the Panel of the Mediation Tribunal Association, the Defense Research Institute, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, Washtenaw County Bar Association and the Negligence Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He has spoken on premises liability to national meetings of the American Society for Industrial Security and the National Food Service Security Council. Mr. Auth has also been a guest defense panelist on nursing home litigation before the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association.
