Michael Asher represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts including individuals, businesses, fringe benefit funds, and trade associations. His work in employee benefits and labor relations includes litigation, labor negotiations, and general counsel to pension and health plans. Mr. Asher is admitted to practice in the Michigan, Ohio, and New York trial and appellate courts, U.S. district courts and U.S. circuit courts of appeals.
Mr. Asher is a member of the American Bar Association, the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Negligence Section of the Oakland County Bar Association.
