Matthew I. Henzi represents businesses, insurers and individuals in litigation arising out of personal injury and business disputes, including premises liability, product liability, automobile negligence and general negligence claims. Mr. Henzi also represents individuals in probate matters. Mr. Henzi has assisted lead counsel at trial and has tried cases to conclusion as the lead trial attorney.
Mr. Henzi is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Section on Litigation and the Federal Bar Association.
Since 2003, Mr. Henzi has been appointed to two, consecutive terms on the City of Livonia, Michigan Zoning Board of Appeals. Matt has served his community as Chairman of the ZBA from 2006 - present.
Matt was named by Michigan Superlawyers magazine as a Rising Star for 2008. This designation is given to no more than 2.5% of Michigan attorneys who are 40 years old or less and in practice for 10 years or less.
