Jonathan M. Jaffa has over thirty years of extensive general litigation and trial experience. He has represented insurance companies, business owners, municipalities and a variety of health care providers. His work has focused on personal injury defense, including malpractice actions, premises liability, product liability, construction accidents, and motor vehicle claims. Among his current clients are Sunrise Assisted Living, Ryan's Family Steakhouses, McDonald's franchisees, Specialized Pharmacy, and various extended care facilities and physical therapy agencies. Mr. Jaffa was a Senior Trial Attorney for Continental Insurance Company and serves as a case evaluator, facilitator, and arbitrator.

Mr. Jaffa joined Sullivan, Ward, Asher & Patton, P.C. in 1994 and became a shareholder in 2000.

Mr. Jaffa is a member of the State Bar of Ohio, State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association and Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. He is also a member in good standing in various Federal District Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is an American Red Cross distinguished donor and a Past President of numerous educational, social service and philanthropic organizations.
