Jennifer R. Moran counsels and represents architects, engineers and attorneys in commercial litigation and professional liability matters at both the trial and appellate level. She counsels colleagues and their clients in the process and preparation of appealing lower court decisions to a higher court.
Ms. Moran's practice includes a focus on dispositive motions at the trial court level. While at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, Ms. Moran was on the Moot Court Board of Directors, was a participant of the American Inns of Court, and represented clients as a law student while a participant of the Urban Law Clinic.
