Debra Beth Pevos represents business and individual clients in commercial litigation, including contract disputes and construction litigation. She also represents clients in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Pevos received the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in Contract Law while attending Detroit College of Law. Ms. Pevos is an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association-Eastern District of Michigan Chapter. She has lectured to attorneys and paraprofessionals on various commercial law issues, and was a contributing author to Michigan Foreclosure and Repossession (National Business Institute, 1997), and Successful Judgment Collections in Michigan (National Business Institute, 1999). She volunteers her time to lecture students about the law and careers in the law. Ms. Pevos is also an active member and past Board Member of the University of Michigan Alumnae Association, and is a member and past officer of the University of Michigan Alumnae Club of Oakland County.
