David J. Selwocki represents individuals, businesses, labor organizations, trade associations and fringe benefit funds in administrative hearings, civil litigation and trials. Mr. Selwocki has extensive trial experience and assists his clients in all types of litigation, including labor disputes, construction issues, negligence actions, contract disputes and criminal law.
In addition to appearing before various state and federal courts, Mr. Selwocki has represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board and the Ontario Labor Relations Board.
Mr. Selwocki gained invaluable courtroom and trial experience working as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Oakland County for over five years. Prior to college, Mr. Selwocki served four years in the United States Navy as a cryptologic technician.
