Attorneys

Craig S. Thompson represents clients in construction litigation, commercial litigation and professional liability matters, including architects, engineers, surveyors, owners, contractors, sureties and insurers. His trial work also includes the representation of individuals and businesses in commercial, premises and homeowner liability cases.

Mr. Thompson's practice also includes drafting and negotiating construction-related contracts on behalf of his clients. He also frequently speaks to various groups (design professionals, contractors, attorneys, clients, insurance representatives, etc.) on matters involving construction law.

Mr. Thompson is a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel Association and American Bar Association Construction Industry Forum. He also serves as an Advisory Council panel member with the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Thompson joined Sullivan, Ward, Asher & Patton, P.C. in 1994, and has been a shareholder since 2000.
