Extensively involved in all facets of litigation and transactional matters, ranging from contract formation to claims for defective workmanship, professional malpractice, breach of contract, lien foreclosure, scheduling/delay claims, and personal injury.
- Successfully litigated matters involving extensive structural, civil, electrical and mechanical design issues of major commercial structures, casinos, hospitals, airports, religious institutions and stadium construction. Representation of clients has involved claims throughout the country related to design construction and person injury matters in excess of $50 million.
- Representation of clients also extends to the fields of automobile/trucking negligence and transportation defense.
- Featured speaker at construction law seminars. Author of various construction law articles and trucking and transportation articles in associated trade magazines.
