Anthony Asher knows the law and, equally as important, he knows the industries in which he provides counsel. Mr. Asher has over forty years of experience and expertise as counsel to multiemployer and municipal benefit funds, associations, and construction, automotive, industrial and manufacturing companies. He advises and represents clients in labor relations, employee benefit plans, fiduciary responsibility, IRS and DOL audits, and employment management. Mr. Asher has been in the forefront in holding service providers responsible and accountable for their services and fees, and has negotiated some of the largest settlements in the country.
