Adam P. Lumberg concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate transactions, business planning, estate planning, taxation, and real estate law. Mr. Lumberg was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 16, 1974. He received his LL.M in taxation from Georgetown University in 2000. Mr. Lumberg is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Lumberg has authored several articles, the most recent titled The Narrow Parameters of Section 6166, which was published in the Fall2002 issue of the Michigan Tax Lawyer.
