A. Stuart Tompkins counsels corporate clients in planning and reorganizations and represents their interests in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions. He also has in excess of thirty years of experience in representing businesses in general commercial litigation, negotiation and dispute resolution and has litigated, arbitrated and settled numerous claim-and-delivery matters, contractual disputes and bad-faith claims between insurance carriers.

A credentialed arbitrator, Mr. Tompkins is a member of the American Arbitration Association's distinguished National Panel of Arbitrators. Mr. Tompkins is also a member of the American Bar Association Business and Corporate Litigation Committee.

Mr. Tompkins is a member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association and the Southfield and Oakland County Bar Associations, as well as the Business and Corporate Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Defense of EPL litigation, including, but not limited to, wrongful termination matters in federal and state courts and federal and state administrative agencies.
